Hey Everyone 

Im sitting with a issue which I believe is a syncing problem between Google Drive and the app.
The issue is that I can access my pdf files through ARM (acrobat reader mobile), and I can save them after I sigend them, however when I try and make a copy of this PDF to another folder in Google drive through ARM the save button is greyed out. 

I have switched between my Mobile ISP and office connection and still have the same issue 

Any idea what the issue could be ?

Hope you are doing well. Sorry for your experience with Acrobat Reader Mobile.

 

Would you mind trying the given steps:

1. Sign out of Google Drive from Acrobat Reader Mobile;

2. Sign out completely from Acrobat;

3. Sign out from Google Drive application if you have it installed;

4. Restart your device;

5. Check for any possible updates for both Acrobat Reader Mobile and Google Drive on the play store;

6. Sign in to Acrobat Reader Mobile and connect your Google Drive account.

 

Let us know if this works.
