I have checked the Adobe account linked with the Adobe ID you are using on this community and was unable to find a subscription for Acrobat Premium.
Please try to restore the purchase from the Acrobat mobile app and see if that works. Tap on Profile > Subscriptions > Restore Purchase > Reboot the App https://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/mobile-app-faq.html
Also check that the email ID used to login to Play Store to purchase the subscription is same as the Adobe ID used to login to Acrobat mobile app.
