Habe vollversion gekauft, aber keine Funktion!

Hallo,

 

habe mir die Vollversion im Abo gekauft (Testzeitraum bis 06.02.), leider stehen mir die Funktionen nicht zur Verfügung. 

In meinem Konto steht ich bin Nutzer der kostenlosen Version,  neu hinzufügen kann ich das nicht, er sagt dass ich das schon gekauft habe...?

 

Wie behebe ich das?

Hope you are doing well and thanks for reaching out.

 

I have checked the Adobe account linked with the Adobe ID you are using on this community and was unable to find a subscription for Acrobat Premium.

 

Please try to restore the purchase from the Acrobat mobile app and see if that works. Tap on Profile  > Subscriptions > Restore Purchase > Reboot the App https://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/mobile-app-faq.html

 

Also check that the email ID used to login to Play Store to purchase the subscription is same as the Adobe ID used to login to Acrobat mobile app.

Hello, I logged in to both my Samsung account and Android with my Gmail address. Restoring is not possible, nor is it possible to buy a new one, because he tells me that I have already bought

Hope you are doing well. Sorry for the trouble.

 

Would you mind trying out the below steps:

1. Go to your phone settings;

2. Apps-> Acrobat;

3. Clear data;

4. Uninstall the app;

5. Open Samsung Galaxy Store;

6. Install Acrobat Reader Mobile;

7. Login with the credentials that show the subscription on your device.
