Since my premium account, which belongs to an old email address that I do not use on my phone, is active, I cannot purchase and use an Adobe Premium membership with my email address that I am currently using. Can you please help me delete the old membership and purchase a membership for my new email address?

We do not have the option to cancel your subscription from our end, as your device's AppStore manages them.

You can use this link to go forward with the cancellation: Request a refund for apps or content that you bought from Apple - Apple Support.
