Having issues with my subscription!

I can't seem to renew my subscription in the Adobe app yet I was charged 28 times to my bank account, I already called Apple but they said to contact Adobe directly! When I go to restore purchases it asks for the previews Apple ID but the previous ID is no longer valid. Any recommendations?

  2. Make and model of your device?

 

Try to sign out and sign in back to your account. Do the following to restore your subscription:

  1. Tap the profile icon.
  2. Tap Subscriptions or Manage subscriptions
  3. Tap Restore Purchases.
