Hello, I was charged RM130 for Adobe Acrobat Premium. I had previously used the free trial and recently canceled the subscription. I would like to request a refund if possible. Could you please review my account and assist me? Thank you.

Hi, I would like to confirm your refund policy. Does the 14-day refund period start from the beginning of the 7-day free trial, or does it start when the paid subscription begins after the trial ends? Thank you.
