I have the same problem, the Organize tool is changed and now you can’t drag pages in a file.

Clearing the cache doesn’t work. The issue is related to the app itself. maybe an update you have done went wrong. Are you going to fix this?

    I’m on Android 16 on a Samsung S22+

    Acrobat Version 26.6.0.45936

    Hi there

Hope you are doing well and thanks for flagging this.

Would you mind sharing a small video recording of the steps you are taking and the issue as it occurs? So we can take it further with our development team.

    Hi

askink for more details on the consumer side will not help. The dragging feature is gone, your developer should know that. I would love to receive an answer.

    Hi @jobtime31079229hf9j

Hope you are doing well, and thanks for reaching out. Sorry to hear the Organize Pages tool stopped working on your Android.

Please try these steps in order and see if that works:

    Force-close and reopen Acrobat
Swipe the app away from your recent apps and relaunch it. Then open your PDF and try dragging pages again in the Organize tool.

    Check for app updates
Go to the Google Play Store, search for Adobe Acrobat, and tap Update if one is available and reboot the device once.

    Clear the app cache
Go to your phone's Settings > Apps > Adobe Acrobat > Storage > Clear Cache. This won't delete your files, it just clears temporary data that can sometimes interfere with touch interactions.

Sign out and sign back in
Tap your profile icon > Sign Out. Then sign back in with your Adobe ID. This forces a fresh sync of your entitlements and often restores Premium features.

Could you also let us know:

    • Which Android version and phone model you're using?

    • Which version of Acrobat is installed?

That'll help us dig deeper if these steps don't resolve it.
