Hi all, I have a problem with getting a document to download it keep saying I need Acrobat Reader DC I have it and I'm still not able to download please help I'm trying to do this from my iPhone.

It’s wasn’t from the government it was from the insurance company blue

Hope you are doing well. Sorry for your experience with Acrobat Reader Mobile.

Are you trying to download or open a file from any government website?

From the description, it seems to be an issue with a government form you want to open. Such files can only be opened on the desktop version of the application and not on mobile due to the structure in which the PDFs are created.
