HELP!

Question

I just signed up with google play through your app. Adobe Acrobat Reader already downloaded to take advantage of more services such as the conversion of the pdf file in Excel format.

I am having problems because despite having made the subscription, when I ask to export pdf file to excel, the attached screenshot appears in which you ask me to subscribe again.

How can I do?

Mi sono appena abbonata con google play attraverso la vostra app. Adobe Acrobat Reader già scaricata per usufruire di maggiori servizi come la covnersione del file pdf in formato Excel.

Sto riscontrando dei problemi perché nonostante aver effettuato l’abbonamento ancora quando chiedo esporta file pdf in excel mi compare lo screenshot allegato nel quale mi chiedete di riabbonarmi. Come posso fare?

Hi Federica5CFE,

Thanks for sharing your concern. Since you are not able to use the subscription services, you may want to verify if you have the subscription in place. Please go to the Subscriptions page on your app and check if there is a green "Subscribed" label against the subscription name. Refer to Subscribing to services on Acrobat's help page for more details.
