Good Morning! I signed up for the Adobe package, but when I enter my data in the mobile application, I'm not a subscriber.

Sorry for the delay.
You may try the following suggestions and let us know how it works.

  • Make sure you are logged-in with correct email id.
  • Launch Acrobat Reader app -> Click on Settings (human-like icon on the top right of Home page) -> Subscriptions -> Restore purchases.
