Help cancel trial
Hi my name is Natalie, a current college student. I purchased a 7 day free trial and was understood that i would recive a charge after the trial ended. My plan was to cancel it and am unable to. It's been past the 7 days but i understand that I'm still able to cancel it before 14 days once the charge took place. I tried to go into my plans and past purchases and nothing pops up, just completely blank. I did get charged on my card however.
If someone can please help me, I'd greatly appreciate it because I've tried reaching out so many different ways already.
