Help iPhone Issue

I cannot open my pdf sent to me in an email on my iPhone 11 I have downloaded all sorts of apps and I get a message -

I have upgraded to the link and no paying money for the upgrade but still it doesn't open a pdf file?

This type of file is not supported in the Reader mobile app. Here are the steps to open such PDFs.

1. Download the PDF to anywhere in your device's local storage.

2. Open it with the Acrobat Reader DC desktop app, for Win/Mac.

But that's not what I want to do every time I need to open pdf I want to access it on my mobile phone where ever I am
