I am writing regarding an issue with my PDF Pro subscription.
I canceled the subscription on the very first day of the free trial period. Despite this, there were two attempts to charge my bank card for the subscription after the cancellation.
Please investigate this matter and confirm that my subscription has been fully canceled and that no charges will be made to my card.
