Hello, I am a user who is using Adobe products in Korea. I'd like to ask if I can get a refund regarding the regular payment.
90000 won was automatically paid because I didn't cancel my membership a week after I used the free week trial on April 22nd.
I contacted Google regarding this, but I heard that there is only a way to solve it through the administrator.
I don't have much money because I'm still a student. It's really hard to live every day,
