Help Needed to Recover Deleted Documents

Hi everyone,

I accidentally deleted my files from Adobe Acrobat on my phone. I clicked on “Delete All Files on This Device” thinking it would only remove them from the app, but it actually deleted almost all the documents stored locally on my phone. The app said “permanently deleted,” so I’m worried they might be gone for good.

I’m not sure if there’s any way to recover them. Does anyone have advice on how to retrieve documents deleted this way on an Android device, or any tools that could help? Any guidance would be greatly appreciated!

Hi there

Hope you are doing well and sorry to hear about the trouble you are experiencing.

If you have created a backup of your files on the Adobe Document Cloud, you may log in to the Document Cloud here https://adobe.ly/4iKE6xB > go to the 'Documents Tab' and check for your files under the 'Your Documents' section, and see if that works.

If you haven't created the backup or the files were deleted from the Adobe Document Cloud as well, there isn't much that we can do to recover the lost files.
