Help refund

Can I please get help with a refund? I didn't actually use the app I think one of my kids has and I've need charged almost 55 quid and now can't afford my food shop. Have tried to get a refund through Google play but they can't do it

Good luck! I'm having the same issue with both Google and Adobe. Both are refusing the refund and pointing the finger at each other. Adobe says, "No! Google is where you got the app!", Google says, "Nope! Adobe received the money for the app!" I've contacted my bank and supplied them with screenshots of this theft and hopefully it will be resolved sooner than later. I suggest you just dispute the transaction with your bank, because Google nor Adobe has any loyalty to the customers in any way, shape, or form.
