Help with the app subscription and the app don’t let me do anything

I suscribe to adobe acrobat premium PDF edit and convert and don't let me do anything on the files I want to convert, what I need to do? Can somebody help me please?

@MadelS28 Congratulations in upgrading to the latest and greatest app for editing PDFs. You should first check to make sure you are using the correct application for your subscription. The problem might be that you are using a different, more basic Adobe app!

Confirm you are using the official Adobe Acrobat mobile app (it is the one that has PDF editing and converting features when the premium subscription is active). Within the app, go to your profile or settings and verify that you are signed in with the exact email address you used to purchase the Adobe Acrobat Premium subscription. If you are not sure, I would sign out of the app, restart your phone/tablet, and then sign back in. If you are signed in correctly, sometimes the app needs to be told to recognize the subscription.
