Help with videos in PDF file

Hi,  I bought this calisthenics workout in a form of a PDF. It has videos on it that is important to my workout. It has asked me to follow these instructions but I see none of this on my phone and wondering what other way I can do this so I can see the videos on the pdf!

    Hope you are doing well. Sorry for your experience with Acrobat Reader Mobile.

     

    Video playback on Reader Mobile is not a supported feature yet with the team working on it and planned for the future.

     

    Meanwhile, you can use the desktop version of Acrobat Pro DC or Acrobat Reader for a better experience.

     

    I request you to also fill in the feature request form: https://acrobat.uservoice.com/ to ensure that it reaches the product team for review and future implementation.
