Hi all, date field not working in fillable pdf

I have entered the date field in a fillable pdf and works perfectly on a PC or laptop. However when i use a tablet or mobile device and have to manually enter in the date and the dropdown does not work....am i doing something wrong when setting up in the preferences or is this a glitch in the system? many thanks all

I'm having the same problem. All apps are UTD; Acrobat Pro (desktop v2024.002.20687) + Acrobat Reader (iOS v24.08.00). The date drop down works fine on PC but when I open same file on mobile, I have to manually type in the date. (Hoping that by commenting, it may trigger more interest and a positive answer. )

In addition to the date dropdown not working, I have a sum field that also works on PC, but will not add on mobile. The field just remains empty but I can manually type into it on mobile. When I try overtyping it on PC (just curious) the text appears as though it's being accepted, but when I leave the field the proper sum returns. On the mobile-the manual number remains.
