Hi. I am already subscriber to adobe pdf and my subscription is valid

I am unable to edit despite of my subscription is valid. And it keeps asking me to buy new subsription. What should i do ?

Is the Acrobat Reader mobile app set as the default PDF viewer in your mobile device?

 

Also, do you get this message even if you're signed in with your Adobe ID?
