Hi, I have a problem. I created the account with my Apple ID account on my phone, but now I need to log in from my computer, but I can't because I don't have a password. Has this happened to anyone? Could you please help? Thanks.

    Hope you are doing well and sorry you’re running into this.
     

    When you try to sign in, are you choosing “Continue with Apple” on the desktop as well, or is it asking you for an email + password?
     

    When you create an account using Sign in with Apple, Adobe doesn’t create a separate password for your account. Your login is tied to Apple’s authentication, so trying to sign in with email + password won’t work unless you later set a password manually.
     

    Please try the steps below and see if that works:

    • Use “Continue with Apple” on your computer (instead of email/password), or

    • Set up a password for your Adobe account after signing in with Apple once.
       

    If you’re seeing a specific error message or the Apple sign-in option isn’t showing up on desktop, please share the screenshot of the same so we can check it further.
