I accidentally logged out, before logging out I noticed the encrypted email address on the account. I purchased the Adobe Premium annual which shows in my subscription but I can't log back in due to the encrypted email address. How do i log back in to my paid subscription through this 3rd party?

I have checked your Adobe account linked with the Adobe ID you are using on this community, and I am unable to find any Acrobat Premium subscription. I can only see an active Acrobat Pro Subscription.

@Marie Love  If you have Acrobat Pro, it includes Acrobat Reader for Mobile Premium and you do not need a separate subscription.

    From Adobe Help:

Can I upgrade or downgrade my existing subscriptions?

If you have an existing subscription to Acrobat PDF Pack, Acrobat Standard, Acrobat Pro, or Acrobat for Enterprise, you can access premium mobile features as well. With subscription to Acrobat Export PDF, you’ll only have access to the Export PDF tool on mobile.

Adobe is a company; Acrobat and Acrobat Reader are two of Adobe's many applications. Acrobat Premium is available for Acrobat Reader for Mobile and is available from the App Store or Google Play. You may have to contact one of them to assist.

I've moved your post from Using the Community (for questions about the forums) to Acrobat Reader for Mobile. Adobe Staff is active on this forum. I've tagged employees   @Amal.

    Hi there

Hope you are doing well and thanks for reaching out.

When you sign in with Apple ID using the "Hide My Email" option, Apple creates an encrypted/relay email address that connects to your actual email. That’s why you’re seeing the encrypted address on your account.

    Here’s what you can try:

Log in again with Apple ID – Make sure you select “Sign in with Apple” on the Adobe login page/app, and use the same Apple ID you originally used to purchase the subscription. This will automatically recognize the hidden/relay email linked to your account.

Check Apple ID settings – On your iPhone/iPad, go to Settings > [Your Name] > Password & Security > Apps Using Apple ID. Look for Adobe here – this shows which email (hidden or real) is being used for your Adobe account.

If you want to switch to your real email – Once you’re able to log in, you can update the email on your Adobe account to your actual one for easier access in the future.

    Hope this information will help.
