Highlight not capturing text on ipad application

Hi, I'm using both the desktop as well as the iPad app for Acrobat DC. When highlighting on the desktop version , the highlights are copied as comment text. This is not the case for the iPad app. How can I enable text selection for highlights, underline and strike through in the iPad app ?
