Highlightening, Underlining and Comments not working on tablet.

I have a PDF saved on OneDrive. When I access it through my desktop I'm able to comment (highlight, underline, etc...) without issue. When I access the same PDF through the Adobe app on my tablet that runs Android 10, I run into problems. On some pages, I can comment without issue, but on other pages, it just zooms into the text when I try and select it to be highlighted or underlined. If I open the PDF on my desktop to the same page that gives me trouble on my tablet I don't have any issues. The issues only appear on my tablet and appear on random pages. 

 

The Adobe version on my tablet is 21.10.0.19961

My desktop runs Adobe Acrobat Reader DC version 2021.007.20099
