Highlighter not working,

Reposting question, because last answer posted in 2018.
Everything was going fine, then the highlighter randomly quit working., all other tools fine. Cannot highlight in previously marked areas. Not a scanned document issue. Same problem using finger or Apple Pencil. On iPad. Acrobat pro version 24.01.00.

Would you mind sharing a few pieces of information for further investigation:

1. The iPad OS version of your device;

2. A screen recording of the event for better understanding;

3. The sample file where you experience the error to test in-house.
