highlighting in documents

All of us sudden I seem to be unable to highlight in documents that I was able to highlight in previously. Any suggestion?

Hi Val,

As you have mentioned above, you are not able to highlight the text in the PDF.

Please make sure that it is not an image file.

Also, make sure that the application is updated to the latest version available i.e. 18.10.02.

Did you check if it is an issue with a particular PDF or with all?

Try highlighting text on other documents.

Could you please let us know what exactly happens when you try to highlight the documents?

Do you get any error message? If yes, please share the exact error message.

It would be helpful if you can share the document on which the highlight option does not work.
