how can i delete a (possibly corrupted) file from mobile Adobe Acrobat

i am using mobile Adobe Acrobat Reader - version 21.01.01 (20210216.192739). i downloaded a 12mb file that adobe reader will not now allow me to delete. see the two attached screenshots.

how can i delete this file?
