how can i make animations in pdf that will view on iOS or android Acrobat DC

I would like to use the page transitions or other animation effects that are viewable on desktop to be visible on a tablet device. I would prefer to use adobe products and the adobe readers on either iOS or android platforms, but i have not been able to get these to work. I have tried:

• Using fade through effect on visibility buttons

• Page transitions to use fade effect between pages

Does anyone know of a way to get these to happen? Or of an alternative PDF reader that will allow this level of animation interactivity?
