I'm getting billed however I can't get the option to unsubscribe because I never made use of this service

I'm having the same issue and both Adobe and Google are telling me that it's the other parties responsibility for issuing my $75 subscription fee even though I signed up for the free trial, then cancelled it immediately after doing it then was charged that same night for it..... This is extremely frustrating
