How can i upgrate my pdf files that are on my iphone to my mac air

Hope you are doing well. Thank you for writing in!

When you log in using the same Adobe ID on your Mac, the available files on Acrobat Cloud should automatically sync to your Mac.

If the files are stored in your internal storage, you must upload them first to Acrobat Cloud Storage. There could be two ways to do so:

 Select all the files you need-> click the three dots to the top right-> click "Upload to Adobe Cloud Storage;"

OR 

Log in to https://acrobat.adobe.com/link/documents/ and choose "Upload" on the bottom left.
