How come you deduct the money from account the same day where that is 7days trial.

How come the money deducted from

my account the same day

I activated my subscription when there was 7days trial. Please refund that into my account as that was written as a trial.

    You policy is saying there will be a full refund if you cancel the policy within 14days but I have cancelled that policy the same day. Please process the refund.

    Agree, and there is a form provided on the post, please fill that out, if you have purchase a mobile app subscription. 
    And the team internally will look into it and initiate the refund according to the policy.
