How do I access "Hidden Secret Coded" file ?

I made a PDF from pictures, and it asked for "Hidden Secret Code", I entered it and now, I'm not able to find the file . . .

Hope you are doing well. Sorry for your experience with Acrobat Reader Mobile.

As you mentioned that you put in the password, could you open the file? If yes, the file name should be on the home screen of the application.

If not, you might want to check if the file is available on Adobe Cloud Storage: https://acrobat.adobe.com/link/home/
