I have pro dc on my pc but cant seem to access it through my iPad app

Acrobat Pro DC only installs and runs on Windows and MacOS. It does not install or run on iOS or Android.

You can install Adobe Acrobat Mobile Reader on iOS and Android, but even with a Document Cloud subscription, functionality is a small subset of full Acrobat Pro on computer platforms (Windows and MacOS).

Well, that explains the problem, thank you.

Do you have any suggestions for creating and sending out rental contracts for signature ( and some fillable fields by the renter ) when I am traveling?   What I was wanting to do was save a contract template on the cloud, and then when traveling, pull it up on my iPad, fill in a few date and prices fields, and send the contract off for signature.  suggestion would be welcome, karen.

This seems to be another good reason not to take out an Acrobat subscription as I guess, like many others, that I use my iPad Pro a great deal when travelling, and a desktop at home, and it seems nonsensical, given the computing power, not to offer an application that works equally well across different formats. Hi @amlong12,

Hope you are doing well. Thanks for writing in!

We understand your point, and agree that recent iPads do have the computing power to carry out tasks.

Going by the workflow in the initial description, the feature is available on the mobile version of Acrobat, and also on Acrobat Sign for mobile (both available for iPad).

You can refer to a more detailed explanation about the workflow from here:

Acrobat Sign: https://adobe.ly/3SIXyP4

Acrobat Reader Mobile: https://adobe.ly/4373p73.

You can first add the details on the form you need, then use the steps as mentioned above to send the file to the desired recipient on the go.

Hope this clarifies your question.

Regards,
Souvik.
