How do i bring Adobe to court?

I have saved my documents with their stupid clouds. Now I am seeing my document is damaged and can't be opened. If I lose my documents I am dragging this  company to court for losing my documents. They are incompetent and deplorable company.

Have you tried downloading the file to your internal storage and opening it?

Also, I would need a few more information from you:
1. Was the file created using Acrobat or procured from an external source;

2. Would you mind sharing the file with us for further investigation?
