How do I change email address for my accout?

How do I change my email address. DO NOT say "click right corner > my information > blah, blah, blah! It has taken me somewhere around 20 to 25 minutes just to get to this point and I'm nothing short of pissed. I had to do a password reset as well and for what reason? There was nothing wrong with the password I had. It was not a duplicate & met password requirements, obviously or it wouldn't have been there in the first place. Then several more stops to "enter email & password" just so I could ask a question. This is absolutely ridiculous. So because adobe you have wasted so much of my precious time you can go F*******self and keep your answer. I will never use you again no matter the situation!
