How do I change the onedrive account I am signed into in Adobe reader on ipad?

Hope you are doing well. Per the description, you want to switch the OneDrive account you are logged into to Acrobat Reader Mobile.

You can go to Files-> Click on edit on the top right, -> click the red minus sign on the left of OneDrive to remove the account.

Once done, you will get the option to sign in again with a different account.
