HOW DO I CONTACT ADOBE FOR VALUE ON SJBCRIPTION PAID FOR

I subscribed for the adobe premium pro monthly. However, I find that my last payment dated 24th of June 2025 has been deducted but i am unable to use the product. Do help resolve or guide on refund where not possible.

Hope you are doing well and thanks for reaching out. 

 

I have checked your Adobe account and unable to find any active plan for Acrobat Premium.  I do see some cancelled plans for Acrobat premium.

 

If you may have used a different Adobe ID/Email to subscribe to Acrobat Premium, please log out of the app, reboot the device once, and re-login with the correct Adobe ID and see if that works.
