How do i Export picture to document

Hope you are doing well. I am sorry for the delayed response.

As per the above description, I understand that you want to export a picture file to a document file.

To do so, I would suggest you use the Adobe Scan application. You can log-in using your Adobe credentials and then either take a picture or upload a file from your gallery and then export it to PDF.
