How do I get the podcast to reflect the corrections?

I had to make some corrections in my documents and then when I went to listen to the podcast that went with the document, it still stayed with the old version 0andsaid 23 miles when it was supposed to say 2 or 3 miles. Is it going to correct on its own or am I gonna have to contact somebody every time I need to fix the podcast just wondering

    Well, it must be reading the file as it’s saying 23 miles, but it clearly says two or 3 miles. I don’t know if it’s reading correctly, I might have to delete it. Try to darken it up and download it on here again. But I’m so busy. I will have to get it done a little later or try it a little later

    Hi there 

     

    Hope you are doing well and thanks for reaching out. We are sorry for the trouble you are experiencing.

     

    We need some more information to help narrow it down:

    • Is this an issue with a particular PDF file or with all the PDFs? Please try with a different PDF file and check.
    • What is the version of the Acrobat Mobile app and the OS you are using? Tap on the profile icon > About Acrobat and try updating it to the latest version available on the App/Play Store and reboot the device once. 
    • Did you overwrite the original document file, or did you save it as a new version?

     

    If the audio was generated earlier and saved as a file, it will not automatically update when you edit the document. The audio would need to be regenerated.Sometimes the app caches (stores) the previous version. In that case, closing and reopening the document, or fully signing out and back in, may refresh it.

     

    Here are few things you can try:

    • Close the document completely and reopen it
    • Sign out of the app and sign back in
    • Make sure the file fully syncs (check internet connection)
    • If it’s exported audio, try regenerating the podcast/audio file from the updated document

     

    If it still doesn’t work, please share a small video recording of the steps you are doing and the issue as it occurs along with the sample PDF file so we can check it at our end.
