How do I remove metadata such as date created and date modified from my pdf?  I want all personal information removed as well like the folder it was saved in......

Hope you are doing well. Thank you for writing in!

 

Data such as date created and date modified is handled by the UI, not Acrobat. Also, the file's location will always reflect on the file properties as OS UI controls these.
