How do I see shared files from my team on my iPad?

Question

My team has been using acrobat for all our contracts, but when our office manager sends us contracts I am unable to open them on my iPad and get an error message saying "unable to open document at this time". Other members on the team that use android are able to view the documents. I'm hoping someone can help me get this figured out and back to singing deals!

Hope you are doing well. Per the description, you want to see shared files.

Are you opening the file from the Shared Tab when launching Acrobat? Also, you might want to check if you can open the file on the web portal: https://acrobat.adobe.com/link/home/
