How do I view all the comments made by someone else in a column on the side of the page?

I believe that you are willing to view the list of comments on Acrobat Reader mobile application(iOS)?
The feature you are looking for, is currently unavailable for Acrobat Reader on iOS. However, this can be achieve if you use any alternate device (Android) following the steps suggested in help document- Acrobat Reader Help for Android: Annotating Pages
For now, use this form to request new features or suggest modifications to existing features-Feature Request/Bug Report Form
