How does one create a pdf form that can be signed, by a mobile device.

Happy New Year everyone. I am a photographer and I have created a simple pdf from with some validation fields, that I would like to use to have models sign a release form on my iPhone aka mobile device. Does anyone have recommendations? Thank you.

    Hi Richards79290400,

    Are referring to adding your own signature in the document?

    You can do that with the help of Adobe Acrobat Reader mobile application or if its a fillable form then you may use Fill & Sign application.
