How safely can you secure your account? My ex sold my other phone which has this information on it.

What can I do other then reset all my passwords due to memory issues due to an assault after the phone well before the phone was stolen how can I secure my account or what can I download to make sure my phone is not hacked or my information isn't getting linked or leaked.

    For your Adobe account, these steps can help:

    1. Change your Adobe password from the Sign-in and security page at https://adobe.ly/4xRlbqO. When you change it, select the option to sign out of your active logins, so any device still signed in to your account, including the one that was sold, is signed out.     2. On the same page, turn on two-step verification and choose your preferred method (Adobe Account Access app, email, or text message). This adds a verification code on top of your password. Make sure the email address and phone number you use for verification are ones only you can access. Steps are here: Set up two-step verification.
