Hi Suyash,

Sorry for not being able to address your question timely.

As described above, you would like to disable the Document Cloud storage from Acrobat Reader Mobile app permanently, so that all of your files would be saved locally on Phone Storage. Did we get this right?

There's no such settings with the app that would help you to disable the Document Cloud storage. What you are looking for, is practically not possible to achieve.

Workaround: As Acrobat Reader mobile app requires Sign In to access the Document Cloud files and sync across devices. So you can Sign Out of the application just to view, add Comment and Fill & Sign the document.

However, you would not be able to use the Premium feature. For that you need to Sign In with the Adobe ID.

Thanks,

Akanchha

This is the reason our Security & Trust Team restricted signing-in to any Adobe Acrobat or Creative Cloud apps through our personal mobile devices. We can only use our company-issued laptop (which is annoying sometimes if trying to quickly sign a PDF when on the go).

Hi @3963113,

Hope you are doing well. Thanks for writing in!

If the app is deployed through your company's MFA or managed networks, they can disable such services.

The specific code for Document Cloud services will be  "allowDocumentCloudToBeTreatedAsManaged" can be used to set or disable services for cloud as per the requirements.

You can refer to this article or share it with your IT team for reference: Mobile Acrobat and AppConfig — Acrobat Mobile App Deployment (https://adobe.ly/3zqrysB)

Hope this helps.
