How to Download/transfer all my file from IPhone?

hi can someone help or advice please regarding this problem

I have an I phone 5 and adobe app with over 200 books/manuala save in different folders and sub folders that I made/named for good organization/easy find , now I want to get a new phone ( android) and will like to keep /transfer all this folders and sub folder To the new phone and a symcard .I try and save all the file/documents in iCloud but unfortunately I have to save each Book individualy ,for some resonance I can't save each file that holde so many books .( hope make sense)and in thy end I give up as they are so many

So the questions is how do I do it easy and safe ?

You can back up your files on your desktop or laptop.
