How to get a refund

How do we contact adobe support? To speak to an actual person about a refund? I signed up for the free trial and while I was in Mexico i decided to cancel it before getting charged. I had trouble with my wifi the entire trip and cancelled my trial but I don't think it went fully through. Also a credit card payment didn't go through while I thought it did because the internet was so bad. I got home and looked on my card and realized it didn't cancel and charged me but I do not wish to keep this service. I cancelled already and would just really appreciate a refund. I won't be using the app. Thank you in advance for your help

Hope you are doing well. As per the above description, you are facing issues with charged debited from your bank even after you cancelled the subscription. I am sorry for the experience.
