Passwords added to a PDF are to safeguard access and the integrity of the document. They are independently created by the creators of the files, and we, at Adobe, do not have access to them.

In case you have one such file where you do not have the password to open the file, I suggest reaching out to the creator of the file to either get the password or a fresh copy of the file without the password.
