How to have PDF docs read aloud?

I've followed online instructions.View doc.Left hand menu and read aloud.But on the app on iOS there is no left hand menu. it's on the right.  And No option to read aloud. Can anyone help please.

Hope you are doing well. Sorry for your experience with Acrobat Reader Mobile.

The feature for reading aloud is available on the Android version of the application. A similar feature is available for iOS, but to use that, you will need to select the text you want to hear and then select the option "Speak."
