How to hide pop-up texts on my iPhone?

I'm trying to read a report on my iPhone, and apparently, the pdf is interactive with lots of pop-up texts and figures. But the pop-ups won't stop disappearing, preventing me from reading the actual texts. Sending help, thanks.

2. Please share some screenshots of the issue.

3. Is it with all PDFs or with only this?

Please check if there is any update available on the Reader mobile app.
