Hope you are doing well. Per the description, you want to recover deleted files.

If you have selected the option to remove the file name from the recent list, you can locate the file from the location and re-open them in the application.

If you have deleted the file from the application, you can check if the file is available here: https://acrobat.adobe.com/link/documents/. 

If not present there, I fear you will need to either redownload the file or contact the file owner to get a new copy.
